Responsible Gaming at b889

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

At b889, we believe that gaming should be a source of entertainment and excitement — never a source of financial stress or personal harm. Responsible gaming is not a box we tick; it is a core part of how b889 operates. Every feature, every process, and every member of our customer support team in Bangladesh is oriented toward keeping the b889 experience safe, fair, and enjoyable for all players.

We provide a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible directly from your b889 account at any time. These tools are designed to empower you to stay in control of your gambling activity. Whether you want to set spending limits, take a break, or step away entirely, b889 makes it straightforward to do so without delay.

Age Restriction — 21+ Only

b889 is strictly an adult gaming platform. All players must be aged 21 or above to register an account or participate in any gaming activity on b889. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement. During the registration process, b889 requires players to confirm their date of birth. We also conduct identity verification checks (KYC) to confirm that the information provided is accurate. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and the matter escalated to our compliance team.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a minor may have accessed or registered on b889, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We take all such reports seriously and act swiftly to investigate and resolve them.

Deposit Limits

One of the most effective ways to manage your gambling spend is by setting a deposit limit on your b889 account. b889 allows you to set limits across three timeframes:

• Daily deposit limit: sets the maximum amount in BDT you can deposit into your b889 account within any 24-hour period.
• Weekly deposit limit: sets the maximum amount in BDT you can deposit within any rolling 7-day period.
• Monthly deposit limit: sets the maximum amount in BDT you can deposit within any rolling 30-day period.
• Reducing an existing deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period to protect you from impulsive decisions.

To set or adjust your deposit limits, log in to your b889 account and navigate to the Responsible Gaming section in your account settings. Our 24/7 support team can also assist you in setting these limits if needed.

Time-Out Features

Sometimes you may want to take a short break from gambling without fully closing your account. b889's time-out feature allows you to pause your account for a defined period. During a time-out:

• You cannot log in to your b889 account or place any bets or wagers.
• You will not receive any promotional or marketing communications from b889 during the time-out period.
• Your account funds remain secure and withdrawable. You may contact support to access your balance.

Available time-out durations are 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, and up to 6 weeks. To activate a time-out, contact our support team at [email protected] or use the Responsible Gaming section in your account settings.

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a more serious step for players who feel that gambling has become a significant problem in their lives. When you self-exclude from b889, your account is fully suspended and you are blocked from accessing any b889 gaming services for the entire duration of your exclusion period. b889 offers self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or permanent exclusion. We strongly recommend permanent self-exclusion for any player who feels that their gambling is beyond their control.

Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed until the full exclusion period has expired. To initiate self-exclusion, please contact our support team directly at [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". We will process your request promptly and confirm the exclusion in writing.

Recognising the Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can affect anyone, regardless of age, income, or background. It is important to recognise the warning signs early. You may have a gambling problem if you experience any of the following:

• Spending more money or time gambling than you intended or can afford.
• Gambling to recover losses or chasing wins to make up for previous losing sessions.
• Feeling irritable, anxious, or restless when you are not gambling or when you try to stop.
• Neglecting work, family responsibilities, or personal health because of gambling.
• Borrowing money, selling possessions, or engaging in dishonest behaviour to fund gambling.
• Hiding your gambling activity from family members or close friends.

If any of these signs are familiar to you, please stop gambling immediately and contact our support team at [email protected]. Help is available, and taking that first step to reach out is the most important thing you can do.

Tips for Safe and Enjoyable Gaming

Even if gambling is not currently a problem for you, following these straightforward guidelines will help ensure that your b889 experience stays fun and within healthy boundaries:

• Set a strict gambling budget before you start playing and stick to it — treat your gambling spend like a leisure expense, not an investment.
• Never gamble while under the influence of alcohol or other substances that may impair your judgement.
• Take regular breaks during gaming sessions. Use the reality check feature in your b889 account to stay aware of how long you have been playing.
• Balance gambling with other leisure activities. Gaming is most enjoyable when it is one of several ways you choose to relax and have fun.
• Never try to win back money you have already lost. Accept losses as part of the entertainment cost, just as you would with any other leisure activity.
